This guide explains how to set up lead email notifications in Turbo Referrals. Adding a notification email helps your dealership respond quickly by keeping key people in the loop on every lead. The email address can belong to an admin, a shared inbox, or anyone who needs visibility.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

In the portal, click Referrals from the sidebar.

Under Referrals, click Leads.

In the top right corner of the Leads page, click the Settings icon to open Lead Settings.

In the Lead Emails section, click the + button in the top right corner.

Enter the email address where you’d like new lead notifications to be sent. This can be an admin, manager, shared dealership inbox (e.g., sales@yourdealership.com), or even an external email address.

Click Add to confirm.
✅ What Happens Next
Every time your dealership receives a new lead, the designated email will get a notification
