This guide explains how permissions work in Turbo Referrals. You’ll learn the differences between the three Team Member roles: Owner, Admin, and Member. Each role defines what users can do inside the portal.

📋 Team Member Roles and Permissions

Each Team Member is assigned one of three roles inside Turbo Referrals. Roles define what level of access they have:

Member

  • Manage their own referral activity and tools

Admin

Do everything Members can, plus:

  • Manage referral activity across the entire dealership

  • Oversee all promoters and Team Members

  • Manage billing

  • Handle dealership-wide tools and settings

Owner

Do everything Admins can, plus:

  • Manage other Owners and Admins
