This guide shows you how to remove a promoter from the referral program. Once removed, the promoter will no longer receive program updates or notifications.

  • Admin permissions in your organization on Turbo Referrals.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

    In the portal, Click Referrals in the sidebar.

    Under Referrals, click Promoters

  • 3

    In the Promoters table, find the promoter you want to remove and click their name. The promoter detail page will open.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Critical Promoters Controls section.

    Click Remove.

  • 6

    Review the confirmation message, then click Confirm.

✅ What Happens Next

  • The removed promoter will receive an email confirming their deactivation. After this, they will no longer receive any notifications about the referral program.

  • Their referral link will remain active for tracking purposes. Any existing or new leads generated through the link will continue to appear in the portal and will be assigned to the linked Team Member. This ensures all referral activity remains recorded, even after a promoter is removed.
