📋 What This Guide Covers
This guide explains how the Reward Program works inside Turbo Referrals and why it matters for your dealership. You’ll learn how rewards are tied to promoters, how rewards help motivate sharing, and what controls you have to manage reward settings. By the end, you’ll understand how to use the Reward Program to encourage more referrals and keep customers engaged.
📋 How Reward Program Works
The Reward Program motivates promoters to share their referral links and QR codes. When a sale is made through a promoter’s referral link, that sale is marked as eligible for a reward inside Turbo Referrals. The dealership can then review the details and carry out payment outside of Turbo Referrals.
Your dealership has full flexibility over rewards. In Turbo Referrals, you simply enter a reward title and description. This is what appears everywhere promoters see rewards. Because you define the text, the reward can be anything you choose - from a gift card to service credits, cash incentives, or even dealership perks.
How it works in practice:
A customer signs up as a promoter.
They share their referral link or QR code with someone looking for a car.
That person makes a purchase through the dealership.
Turbo Referrals marks the sale as eligible for reward.
The dealership reviews the sale and provides the reward directly, since rewards are managed outside of Turbo Referrals.
Your dealership can create multiple reward inside Turbo Referrals. Each reward includes a title and description, which is what promoters see. You can save as many rewards as you like, but only one reward template can be active at a time. This gives you flexibility to prepare different offers in advance and activate the one that makes the most sense for your dealership at any given time. This gives your dealership total control over reward structure and timing, while keeping reward tracking centralized inside Turbo Referrals.
