If you’re unsure about deleting, you can also make a reward inactive instead. Inactive rewards are hidden from promoters but remain saved in your account for later use.
This guide explains how to remove a reward from your dealership’s Turbo Referrals account. You may want to remove a reward if it’s outdated, no longer relevant, or replaced with a new program. By the end, you’ll know how to locate a reward and remove it safely from your account.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

From the sidebar, click Reward Program.

In the Reward Program page find the reward you want to remove.

Click the three-dot icon at top right of the reward.

Select Remove option from the menu.

Review the message, then click Remove to remove the reward.
✅ What Happens Next
The reward will be permanently removed from your dealership’s Turbo Referrals account.
If the reward was active, it will no longer appear on referral links or in the promoter signup flow.
Promoters will no longer see this reward as an available incentive.
Whether you remove or inactivate rewards, keeping your program current ensures promoters see only the incentives that best reflect your dealership’s goals. This helps you stay clear, consistent, and engaging.
