A clear reward name and description that you want displayed to promoters.
Any terms and conditions you want promoters to review when signing up.
📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

From the sidebar, click Reward Program.

In the top right corner, click the Add Reward button.

Enter a Reward Name and Description. These details are shown everywhere your reward appears, including referral links and the promoter signup flow. Keep your reward description clear and motivating.

Click Next to proceed.

[Optional] Add Terms and Conditions. These will be displayed to promoters during signup.

Enable Set this reward as active to make the reward visible on all referral links.

[Optional] Enable Notify existing promoters about updates? to send an email notification to all promoters connected to your dealership. This is a great way to re-engage inactive promoters and remind your active ones of new incentives.

Click Update to complete setup.
Note: You can add multiple rewards and activate the one that best fits your dealership’s goals. Only one reward can be active at a time. If no reward is active, no reward details will appear on referral links.

Your reward program will now be live and automatically displayed on all referral links and in the promoter signup flow.
You can edit your rewards at any time to align with new dealership campaigns.
You can create additional rewards and activate the one that best fits your dealership’s strategy.
