This guide explains how to cancel your Turbo Referrals subscription. Canceling ends your dealership’s active subscription and removes access for all users. Because this is an important decision, please review the details carefully before moving forward The timing of when your account is deactivated depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Card payments: Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Cheque payments: Your account will be deactivated immediately once cancellation is confirmed.

    In the portal, click your dealership name at the top of the sidebar to open the account menu.

    From the menu, click Settings.

  • 3

    From settings menu, select the Billing option.

  • 4

    Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page to find the Critical Subscription Controls section.

    Locate the row labeled Cancel Entire Subscription row, and click the Cancel button.

    Choose one or more reasons for canceling to help us understand your decision.

    Click Cancel Subscription to proceed.

    Review the cancellation details carefully.

    Click Confirm & Cancel to finalize.

✅ What Happens Next

  • If you pay by credit card, your dealership will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. After that point, your account will be deactivated.

  • If you pay by cheque, your account will be deactivated immediately once cancellation is confirmed.

  • After cancellation, no new referrals will be processed, and any remaining benefits will end once your account is deactivated.

  • If you decide to return, you can reactivate your account anytime by checking out again through the subscription flow.
