Request someone To Add Payment

This guide shows you how to request someone on your team to add a payment method for Turbo Referrals when you do not have access to manage payments yourself.

Note: The request email can be sent to anyone, even if they are not a team member in Turbo Referrals.

📋 What You’ll Need

To complete this task, you’ll need:.

  • Admin permissions in your organization on Turbo Referrals.

  • The email address of the person you want to request to add a payment method.

📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

    In the portal, click your dealership name at the top of the sidebar to open the account menu.

    From the menu, click Settings.

  • 3

    From Settings menu, select the Billing option.

  • 4

    Scroll down to the Payment Details section.

  • 5

    In the Payment Details row, click the Add button. A popup will appear.

    Click Request Someone to Add Payment Details.

  • 7

    Enter the email address of the person you want to request.

✅ What Happens Next

  • A request email will be sent to the address you entered.

  • The email directs the recipient to a page where they can complete adding the payment method.

  • Once added, the new payment method will appear on the Billing page.

All set! Sending a payment method request helps keep your billing information current, even when you cannot manage it directly.
