This guide shows you how to request someone on your team to add a payment method for Turbo Referrals when you do not have access to manage payments yourself.
Note: The request email can be sent to anyone, even if they are not a team member in Turbo Referrals.

Admin permissions in your organization on Turbo Referrals.

The email address of the person you want to request to add a payment method.
📋 Step-by-Step Instructions

In the portal, click your dealership name at the top of the sidebar to open the account menu.

From the menu, click Settings.

From Settings menu, select the Billing option.

Scroll down to the Payment Details section.

In the Payment Details row, click the Add button. A popup will appear.

Click Request Someone to Add Payment Details.

Enter the email address of the person you want to request.
✅ What Happens Next
A request email will be sent to the address you entered.
The email directs the recipient to a page where they can complete adding the payment method.
Once added, the new payment method will appear on the Billing page.
All set! Sending a payment method request helps keep your billing information current, even when you cannot manage it directly.
